Roy was born in the Swedish neighborhood of  Brooklyn, New York. After moving to Dallas in 1977, he attended North Texas State University(currently the University of North Texas) where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.    

Roy is the proud father of Haley, Avery, and Wyatt. He spends his free time riding with his wife Gail on his motorcycle through the hill country, camping with his kids, playing a semi-regular poker game, and enjoying Dallas Stars hockey.  In 1984, Roy began recruiting and twelve years later, left his former company and opened Oberg and Associates with the goal of becoming the dominant recruiting resource in the North American Corrugated Packaging Industry.

Jennifer grew up in Burleson, TX, and attended Burleson High School (Home of the Elks). After graduation, Jennifer went on to attend the University of Texas in Arlington where she was a Delta Zeta and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications. After school, Jennifer’s focus was on her career and developing results for businesses by implementing policies and strategies, recruiting, hiring processes, and building an enjoyable company culture. 

As Director of Office Operations, Jennifer will use her proven organizational and communication skills to further the office’s goals to help the best candidates find the right fit within the Corrugated Packaging Industry. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, Camp Gladiator, WWE, and Dallas Cowboys Football.

Teresa grew up on the northern outskirts of the DFW area in Flower Mound, TX, and attended Texas A&M University. At A&M, Teresa studied Early Childhood Education and graduated with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. Teresa then went on to teach and work as an administrator in Houston, TX, and Shreveport, LA before returning to Flower Mound.   

Teresa has one daughter, Ellie, and spends her free time watching Guardians of the Galaxy and exploring national and state parks.  

At Oberg and Associates, LLC, Teresa uses her substantial experience in administration and HR to help the top talent in the Corrugated Industry find the right fit.

Mitchell grew up in Maple Grove, MN, near Minneapolis, and attended Maple Grove Senior High. After graduating, Mitchell went up to the University of Minnesota - Duluth to study Economics.  

Upon leaving UMD, Mitchell decided he was done with the cold and moved down to sunny Dallas, TX to start post-grad life. Here he found Oberg and Associates and uses his creative problem-solving skills and quick wit to build relationships with individuals throughout the Paper and Corrugated Industries.  ​

In his spare time, Mitchell runs a competitive E-Sports organization, likes long walks on the beach with his Australian Shepherd named Kashi, and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings.

Jude was born and raised in New Jersey! Upon his graduation from Stockton University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management he moved around a bit from FL, to CA, and then landed in TX.  

Pursuing his passion for providing service to others, he took a leap to join the recruiting industry and is excited to begin his Recruiting Career with Oberg & Associates. Jude finds great joy in hitting the gym and spending time with his dachshund mix, Kola. He also writes and self publishes children's books.

Alex was born in Melbourne, Australia, and lived in many states/countries. Alex is a proud 2020 graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz (known for their prestigious mascot “Sammy" the Banana Slug). 

Alex decided to move to the great state of Texas to be with their partner Rhys. Alex is a proud animal lover and has 3 four-legged children and spends any spare time being involved in photography, travel, and anything “GEEK” related.

Camille grew up in Cebu City, Philippines, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos.

  Camille decided to pursue her career in HR and recruitment after being a recruiter in a retail company before joining Oberg and Associates.  She learned how to manage her time well during college due to On-Job-Training and Thesis being done together in two semesters along with practicing volleyball.  

Camille is in charge of research and lead generation for O&A, while also helping Jennifer get through many administrative tasks to keep the office running each week.  Outside of work she can often be found working on DIY projects or watching documentaries.
