These positions are accountable for all repairs, replacement, upgrade, capital projects, and parts inventory in the plant.  

While a technical degree would be helpful, you can hold these positions if you worked many years as a mechanic. To be more than a TECH, you must have good supervisory skills and be able to handle complex projects and manage their department’s budget. For instance, Maintenance Managers will have direct communication with OEM’s and Vendors when Service Technicians are needed.

When in a Corrugator Supervision role, you are directly responsible and accountable for the corrugator’s production, quality, safety, and crew development. This role will require fluid communication and effort with the other Corrugator department shifts to reach department goals. 

This is a great opportunity if you are a current operator with 5 years of experience, a recent college graduate, or a JMO (Junior Military Officer).

When in a Converting Supervision role, you will oversee the printing, cutting, and gluing of the container. You will be responsible for productivity, quality, safety, and the department’s housekeeping. This role will require fluid communication and effort with the other converting department shifts to reach department goals.

This is a great opportunity if you are a current operator with 3-4 years' experience.
